The property appeared to need significant updating and better overall maintenance, along with more thorough cleaning. Common areas, including the lobby, looked dated and unkept, with visible dust and worn carpets. Towels in the room were not clean, which was disappointing. The exterior also appeared neglected. Additionally, staff interactions felt very brief and not particularly accommodating. Overall, the property would benefit from a comprehensive refresh and improved attention to cleanliness and guest experience.

This is our 2nd stay and the room was outstanding, clean, spacious, well designed, and affordable. The staff was pleasant, parking lot spacious, breakfast was very good as well. Wish there were more of your hotels available. Thank you for a great visit.

Nice bar. Decently cleaned rooms. Pool maintenance needs to be addressed as well as the spa. A lot of details like cleaning corners and showers need some help. But public spaces and breakfast bar are always cleaned and maintained well. Nice clean bedding. Great coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff mostly. Nice pillows. Love the outdoor section of the pool. I've stayed at this hotel around 20-25 times and will keep coming back

Bar was great. Breakfast was limited. Definitely could use bacon or sausage. Our room was beautiful, but our floors were disgusting. The hall floors also weren't kept up for the 3 days we were there.
