Rooms were great. Balcony chairs too bulky to maneuver around would be my only suggestion. The coffee shop was great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again!

Staff-5 stars!

The staff was always friendly with five star players! The room was quiet and comfortable. We did utilize the pool, the game room (played pool and other fun games), rode bikes, relaxed and enjoyed the grounds. We did not eat at the hotel after trying several different options. The hotel was a good location for us as we were on the go all day doing island tours.

We updated our room for an ocean view and it was so worth it! Amazing views, super friendly staff, and great restaurants on site or nearby. We were a bit worried about being so close to the airport but we rarely noticed any planes. We rented a car and the location was perfectly located so we could drive south one day and north the next without spending more than 1.5 hrs in the car. We loved it and will definitely come back

Amazing

Our stay was amazing as were the amenities available at the resort. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food at the bar by the pool was very good and the waitstaff there were very nice. The pool was very nice and had plenty of seating. If the pool area was too full, we would grab some of the wooden beach chairs along the shoreline and enjoy the ocean view. The game room by the pool was fun and equipped well. We took the walking path for our morning walks, and it was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this resort!

It was terrible hotel was dirty, cleaning service was notroiuos. Felt dirty the entire time there You think a brand name of Sheraton would provide a higher level of class except we felt disgusted. Room maid service never listened and constantly left us short handed of towels, tissues etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Kaua'i Coconut Beach Resort. The room was great (despite the too soft pillows) and the property was well equipped. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!
