We overall enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. There was a free minibar and a range of amenities in the room. The hotel provided unlimited shuttle service to the train station that was really helpful. The only area for improvement was the breakfast. There was a combination of ala carte and limited buffet items which lacked variety and unfortunately fell below expectations for a 5 star hotel.

It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard.

I really enjoyed the stay. All staff were very nice. The free shuttle service between hotel and train station/ski center was extremely helpful and convenient. Location is good - I quite enjoyed the walk to train station and old town, ~15 mins. Room was nice and spacious. Dinner at Sonorite/A Table was very nice too. The only comment is the elevator which has a kind of shabby smell.
