Staff were exemplary - everyone had a smile on and were helpful in pointing out things to do and places to eat. A true 5 star resort experience. Lots of places to eat and shop and see the sights within walking distance. Just relaxing in the room was a vacation. The spa is great - had a wonderful massage that sorted me out after a cramped flight. The pool and hot tubs were great and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for a splurge vacation stay.

Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again!

Great hotel and location. Food was very good. The only suggestion I have would be to have a walkway from the hotel to the casino so you don’t have to walk outside and through the parking lot.
