I was really impressed by this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. I stayed in the South Wing with excellent pool views. The outdoor jacuzzi was perfect, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I absolutely loved it, everything exceeded my expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Okanagan Delta. Rooms were nice and my son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub area also. They offered complimentary homemade potato chips and cookies which were outrageously good. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and great value! We had an issue with our air conditioner at one point. The staff addressed it and dealt with it in a very prompt and professional manner. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

I was upgraded as they overbooked. First upgrade they offered did not have lakeview which I specifically booked but the room manager did a great job and got us a spot with some lakeview. Moved up from King suite to 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was more than Expedia pricing by $125 but then they waived daily parking fee of $40 per day so all good. We were very happy with service, included breakfast and all amenities. Super location.

It’s a very noisy hotel. Hard floors make sound carry. Every hotel door open and closing throughout the night shook the room/woke you up. I’m not typically a light sleeper but it was really bad.

For $400, it felt like I could have saved myself $200 and stayed elsewhere, and had the same in room experience. Constant noises, slamming room doors, it just didn’t seem like the high end hotel I was expecting. It seemed only one elevator was in use, and we got sub par service from the help at Oak+Cru for breakfast. Maybe they didn’t like that our meal was included in our hotel price, therefore they weren’t getting a tip, so they were short with us? Not the friendliest. Plus we have to wait a couple minutes for a table, when we could clearly see at least 6 or more clean tables.
