Location downtown is good but street it’s on is shut down for cars. Check in is awkward. Plus downtown Kelowna is terrible. Drugs and drug injection everywhere.

Great hotel downtown. The street was busy and had a lot of foot traffic. Many things were within walking distance of this hotel, however, the immediate area of the hotel did not always feel the safest. Worth the stay regardless, just something to be aware of.

I didn't realize there was a hold on funds as well as the fee to stay so that set us up for a sad stay, probably my fault for just being fairly new to staying in hotels. The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable or reassuring either.

I think the folks at Royal Anne do an incredible job of maintaining a hotel on a busy street in Downtown Kelowna. It is to their credit that the public misuse of the streets is buffered so well by their staff looking after the exterior of the property along with the interior. I truly think this hotel is a gem and I would stay again the next time I am in Kelowna.

We loved the central location of this property and our fabulous room on the second floor. We had a rooftop balcony overlooking the main “walking only” street. The room was beautiful and updated and we enjoyed the breakfast every day.
