Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Confederation Place Hotel. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. Solidly built; didn't hear a peep from any neighbouring rooms; only the occasional vehicle noise from the streets. Appreciated the underground, secure parking for peace of mind; well worth the $20/night cost. Would definitely return to this hotel next time we're in Kingston.

Not very welcoming for a hotel.

My stay was okay as the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. But I did find that the people that work there are not very friendly and welcoming.. For being the weekend it was quite. Got free breakfast included..it was not to bad. I could see the market Square from my view. Over all nice room. Clean. But as mentioned the workers are not welcoming and not so friendly as I thought. And for the price for just 2 nights you think people that work for the hotel would be more friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately not very soundproof room and the people in the next room were chatting loudly until 3.30am. We had asked earlier in pm if we could move rooms when the sounds out next rooms TV was pretty loud but were told the hotel was fully booked and there was no flexibility to move us. So not the hotels fault except perhaps more intervention with noisy customers.

Don't bother asking for cribs if you have small children. Their mattresses are literally made from wooden planks! They're unusable, our kids had to sleep in our beds with us. Otherwise the staff is friendly but hotel pretty old and the carpets in the room were dirty.
