This hotel stay was just okay. It felt like the hotel needed a bit of a refresh. I couldn’t control the temperature in my room. I was cold and I asked the front desk to warm it but nothing changed. The one cafe was closed for breakfast. And I didn’t love that you didn’t need a card to access the elevator floors. Especially since the area is close to a lot of sketchiness. The staff was very friendly and it was clean. Gym was nice. Overall though, I wouldn’t return.

The hotel reminds me of artsy hotels in Europe. It is extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. The only issue is parking - reserve your spot ahead of your visit if you want 1 of the 7 spots allocated behind the hotel.

My first impression was how up to date the hotel was, it was clean and bright. Having the TWH Social right down stairs was so convenient for breakfast. As well as a late night drink. The bathroom was roomy for both of us. I really appreciated the women at the front desk getting us a Taxi. Great experience
