Für eine Übernachtung OK. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, Bett nicht sehr komfortabel. Da Monsumzeit (viel Wind und Wellen) war, war es nicht möglich im Meer zu baden. Nur kleiner Strandabschnitt vohanden.

It is unfortunate that we had very wet weather during your stay with us. The sea water levels are exceptionally high due to this and most of the beach had been reduced by up to 90%. Trotz guter Lage, Nein Danke, nie mehr

Pros: Es gibt bessere und freundlichere Hotels ohne Abzockerei. Leider wird hier unehrlich gearbeitet. Mir tun die freundlichen Angestellten leid.
Cons: Man hätte uns auf die Baustelle vor der Buchung aufmerksam machen können. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns ein Hotelwechsel nicht garantiert.
Wir haben uns auf 2 angenehme Ferienwochen gefreut und haben ein Hotel angetroffen, welches auf der einen Längsseite von grosse Baustelle, auf der anderen Längsseite von verfallenen Bungalows umgeben ist. Die Baustelle war je nach Einsatz von Bagger lärmig und die Luft von Diesel geschwängert. Zum Glück ist Meerseite sehr schön und es hatte genügend Liegen. Das Personal an der Strandbar und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. Leider bezieht sich das nicht auf die Rezeption. Beim Auschecken und nach der Vorlage der Rechnung kam dann noch der Handtuch-Trick. Man hat uns ein verschmutztes grosses Handtuch präsentiert, welches von uns sei und nicht mehr sauber gemacht werden könnte. Wir müssten dieses Handtuch bezahlen. Es wurde handschriftlich auf der Rechnung ergänzt. Wir wussten, dass dieses Tuch niemals von uns verschmutzt wurde, mussten aber aus Zeitnot die Diskussion abbrechen, um den Flieger nicht zu verpassen und haben bezahlt. Billige Abzockmasche. Kleines Detail: Ich hatte das Servicegeld schon bereit und das war höher als der Betrag für das Handtuch. So sind wir ohne das bezahlte Handtuch, ohne die Quittung, die uns nicht ausgehändigt wurde, aber mit dem Servicegeld abgereist.

As for the Front Office team, they were doing their job. I can only go by our Housekeeping records which did indicate that the ruined towel was informed to you during your stay. This is standard procedure with all hotels and while our Standard Operating Procedure on this matter is clear and we practised them when the situation happens, we will review why you were not aware until check-out time. Luxuriöses Hotel am Strand

Pros: Das Zimmer war sehr schön.
Location: Chaweng Beach
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Aussicht nicht so sehr, da es eine Baustelle nebenan gibt. Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht auf Samui und ich bin nur 1 Tag geblieben. Zu einer anderen Zeit würde ich aber das Hotel sicher wieder besuchen.

Hôtel bien situé, au calme et très joli

Les + très bel hôtel, piscine sublime, propre et chambre très confortable. Bien isolé pour ceux qui veulent dormir! Il se trouve au début de la rue principale où tout se passe. Les - la plage n'est pas terrible, il faut marcher plus loin pour avoir l'eau transparente. Beaucoup trop d'escaliers et pas d'ascenseur. Le personnel ne maîtrise pas assez bien l'anglais, difficile de se faire comprendre. Le ménage dans les chambre était parfois bâclé on a du demander 2-3 fois des serviettes et du savon car ils oubliaient de nous remettre ces articles. À part ces détails, nous avons beaucoup apprécié! Il est vraiment beau.

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Meer, schöner Pool, schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage, nicht mehr neu aber gepflegt und sauber, sehr nette Angestellte, uns hats gefallen.
