We had a very pleasant stay at Eaton HK. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road and close to Jordan MTR, making it very easy to get around Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in after a long international flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, perfect for a family stay. Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free experience. Would happily stay here again.

Room was small. Need to switch to another room. There's no cotton swaps provided. Staff was great. Hotel lobby has an odor due to restaurant at the lower level. Posters on all floors made the hotel looks cheap. I've been staying at Eaton many times and this time was very disappointed.

Overall, this hotel had everything! A Michelin recognized restaurant, bar, and food court, all within the same building as well as the other amenities were all useful/convenient to have. It was around a great area of Hong Kong, close to a subway stop, and was fairly priced. Though the hotel is in a busy area, the windows are insulated and you don't hear any street noise or lights from the streets in the room. The staff was extremely kind and provided recommendations and provided solutions to any and all questions I had. This hotel misses out on a 5-star review due to some mold growth found next to the toilet. Though I only realized it right before I checked out, the staff profusely apologized for it. Overall, I will be coming back to this hotel for future stays!

small room is expected but the ceiling is low too so make the room even smaller and depressing. Feel kinda unsafe somehow. Bathroom has drain flies, even fly around into the room. Shower area drains water very slowly, an inch of dirty water still soaking the feet after turning off the water.

It was my second time stay at Eaton due to a wonderful experience before, but not this time. Needed a room changed cuz first room had some kind of weird smell from the bathroom. Air conditioning was loud. One or the power outlet didn't work.😢😢😢😢but the hotel location is super convenient.
