The hotel is in a great location but the double bed comes with one pillow and one single cover for 2 people. Staff are friendly we would stop there again

Ideal position for square and old town.

Cons: Bed was not made every day and also did not like the two single quilts used on the bed.
Location: Wavel castle, Main square and shops. Jewish old town. Lots of tourist information centres.
Very enjoyable stay although next time I would use gym facilities. Great breakfast and staff friendly. Great position for main square and wavel castle as well as great restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotellilla oli hyvä sijainti ja se oli auki 24 h. Huone oli pieni, mutta viihtyisä. Kuntosali yms kuuluvat huoneen hintaan.

3 yötä. Lakanoita, pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu. Onneksi käytävässä oli iso kasa wc paperia, sai siitä haettua itse.

Henkilökunta hyvä. Aamupala oli riittävä. Asiat hoitui mallikkaasti ja henkilökunnalta sai hyviä neuvoja.

Pieni hotelli. Useimmiten henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone todella pieni. Siistiä. Aamiainen ok.

Location was good. The breakfast was simple (for allergic). The room was small for three. The air condition was great cause there was so hot weather. If you are sporty, there was good health club, free to use. The squash hall was too near to our room, there were people playing late (if you want to go to sleep early).
