Noise from the next door room because the doors were really close, next door people have to wait to get into their room when you are locking/unlocking yours. Breakfast was amazing, it was arranged in a quaint next door cafe ‘Marmaloda’. Hotel’s location is amazing, literally at door step of the main square and Kebab shop next door for the late night snack. Staff was extremely polite and very helpful. All in all a good stay but the building layout is a bit dated and odd.

Which means that no interference in their structure is possible. Therefore, the layout of the buildings is not typical, but we have made every effort to ensure that the adaptation of rooms is the most friendly to our guests. Very pleasant stay. Hotel facilities 5/5. Very clean and very warm as well. Would definatwly stay with them again. Very close to main square and loads of resturnytas near by.

Nice Hotel just off to main square

Pros: Very central and large rooms.

Location: very central, square is on your doorstep, horse carriage rides, buggy tourist trips round Krakow. Lots of places to eat and drink, excursions plenty

Krakow is a beautiful city with lots to do. The hotel room was lovely, very spacious and breakfast was buffet style at Marmalade just a couple of doors from the hotel. The city offers lots of excursions and entertainment.

Good city break

Excellent location though first floor at the front made the room very noisy, we did not ask for a move though quieter 2nd night. weekend was even louder, depends if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was very good and served 7 - 10am. A few marks on the carpet if you looked.

Depending on the room your experience may vary - the rooms facing the street can get loud and come equipped with earplugs. The smallest rooms are indeed small and the beds tiny. Floors can be really creaky. But if you get one of the better rooms facing the inner yard side you should be all set for a good stay. The breakfast is quite the usual and has everything one expects - nothing fancy or special but nothing missing either. The playlist in the breakfast room only has three to four songs and gets old really, really fast though. The hotel is in an old building and has more feeling to it than the modern space time hotels with their plastic module bathrooms, and the location is impeccable if you're planning on exploring by foot. Close enough to the railway station, close enough to Wavel castel and Kasimierz, and indeed right around the corner from the Rynek.
