Great location and very helpful staff. Less than 1 minute from the main square it’s in an ideal location. Rooms are basic but all you need and ours was a twin and very large. We had everything we needed and will return.

Rooms a big, clean and comfortable. Really nice staff. Breakfast was good. Meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc. Just what id expect. Late check out option would have been a lifesaver as we had a late flight but unfortunately its not an option. Hence the 4*. If this was available, it would hve been a 5* stay.

Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Great location just off main square and short walk to the castle. Spacious room, serviced daily. We were overlooking the courtyard so very quiet. Lovely friendly and helpful staff 😊. Would 100% stay here again if visiting krakow 😊😊
