Disliked: Cleanliness
First impressions were excellent, great location, impressive foyer but these did not last. To be blunt this hotel needs a good cleaning and upgrading of fixture and fittings. The grouting in the bathroom shower was filthy, like it had never been cleaned. The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open/close and it felt that it could fall off its runner at any stage. There was a piece of dirt beside the general elevators that was not cleaned at any stage in our two day stay here, do not much attention to detail by the cleaning staff. A lot of the seats in the restaurant were quite badly stained. The staff at reception were professional and friendly but any other staff that we had an interaction with were not at all friendly. There are so many hotel options in KL that we will stay elsewhere in future.
