The staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly. The room is spacious and bathroom comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent just what you need in the humidity. Although the hotel lobby may look outdated the rooms are newly renovated and clean. We took full advantage of the rooftop outdoor pool to admire the goregous sunset. The breakfast buffet was very good also as there was a good selection of asian and western cuisine choices. The hotel is only 200m away from the beach. Highly recommended to stay here!

The breakfast has healthy options , fresh and well prepared however since I stayed 5 days I didn't see many varieties. There are so many choices but almost the same thing everyday .The room , very clean and you can request everyday cleaning and they supply the complete toiletries , two bottles of water with clean towels too . However the hot water is not hot enough. All the staffs were welcoming and the hotel has free new year party with door prizes and entertainment. If i will visit Bali again, I want to stay in the same hotel since the location is accessible to Kuta beach , restaurants , shopping facilities and near the airport as well .

Lovely hotel, particularly the new part which we stayed in. Pool was also lovely, as were all of the staff. 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 3 double rooms, and some of the sheets appeared not to be as clean as we would have liked, as were some of the towels.
