We were pleasantly surprised at the size and initial cleanliness of our room (238). Your renovations have improved the hotel immensely. Your staff were very courteous but many had difficulties understanding some of our requests. However, the constant noise from the above and adjacent rooms when chairs were dragged over the floors became very frustrating especially when people were checking in and out at all hours and when rooms were serviced by your staff. The cleanliness of the room is not maintained as there were marks on the sheets, we stayed 8 nights and the bed sheets were never changed. Areas around the taps and sink were not cleaned properly yet this was recently renovated. So those marks will deteriorate the condition of the great renovation you achieved. Your staff need more training in how to clean properly and checks be conducted by your supervisory staff to ensure the cleaning is done correctly. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and were charged 60k rupiah for it. I didn't mind paying for it but the exorbitant amount was ridiculous.

The staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly. The room is spacious and bathroom comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent just what you need in the humidity. The bed is comfortable and rooms are super clean. Everything you need to stay here and close to beach, shops, walking and taxis. Roof top pool is excellent for a swim and relaxing. Room service and pool service was also great

Although the hotel lobby may look outdated the rooms are newly renovated and clean. We took full advantage of the rooftop outdoor pool to admire the goregous sunset. The breakfast buffet was very good also as there was a good selection of asian and western cuisine choices. The hotel is only 200m away from the beach. Highly recommended to stay here!

It was a nice hotel, however it was noisy. There is construction / renovation happening, so the sounds of concrete drills from 10AM each morning (some sort of upgrades project to stairways in the hotel it seems). As well, the walls are a bit thin, even in the renovated section of the hotel, it is easy to hear conversations of men in the room next door through the wall. Otherwise a nice hotel, service is excellent and it was very clean and nice, staff were great and friendly / very polite. The rooftop pool is nice too! Rating a 3 because of all the issues with noise (hopefully when the remainder of the hotel is renovated, soundproofing between rooms will be improved too)

I was Hotels hopping during my week long vacation in Bali (Kuta), staying 1 night or 2 at comparable budget Hotels and I would say this is one of the better ones, conveniently located downtown Kuta which is walkable to evrything from shops to restaurants, though not newest, room is presentable at a very affordable price.

The rooms are good as advertised. The Hotel is however showing signs of ageing especially in the bathrooms (our bath actually leaked on the last day we were there, however other things were rectified very quickly (like batteries in remote and leaky tap). Hotel is convenient and not on the main road so quieter. Has all the mod-cons you would expect. I would definitely stay there again.

Great family stay!

Lovely hotel, particularly the new part which we stayed in. Pool was also lovely, as were all of the staff. 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 3 double rooms, and some of the sheets appeared not to be as clean as we would have liked, as were some of the towels.
