Very central location. The staff is super helpful! If you like to have the option to socialize in the lobby area, this is a great place to stay. Make plans with randoms and do all sort of weird stuff. I will definitely recommend this place, and will be back if Im in Kyoto again.

Super comfortable bed/pillows. The staff were +++ incredible. We rented bikes each day to ride around the city. They were very well maintained. Highly recommend this place. When I'm back in Kyoto I'll stay here again.

Ive been here before and the first time it was amazing. But for some reason, it was a bit more dusty than usual and the air condition felt a little on the warm side. As for the Laundry, its better to go to a coin laundry as the machine was a bit weaker to dry.
