The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only flaw in our stay was the toilet. It was plugged but the staff took care of it very quickly. Also, I believe in my previous stay there they had a refrigerator which this room did not have

Front desk staff was adequate, but Bell Hops and Concierge members were excellent. They were pleasant to work with and efficient at their job. Cleaning staff kept the Front Desk and lobby area walkway clean and dry, even during a rainstorm.

The rooms are dated and the bathrooms need a complete overhaul. My bathroom had dirt so ground in, it could not be cleaned properly, the showerhead was no longer than one you would find in an RV, and the tub needed to be replaced or re-glazed.

Staff was courteous, however, the room showed lots of signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was not very clean. There was mold on the shower tiles, lots of dust about the mirror, dirty walls, and lots of hair from previous guests. Overall sufficient for one night but would not recommend for a longer stay.

. I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience overall. The staff were genuinely wonderful—every interaction I had was warm and accommodating. They were quick to bring extra towels and even offered some great local recommendations (including a solid pizza spot nearby). Their friendliness really made a positive impression. On the other hand, the room itself could use a little attention. The air conditioning never worked properly—it only seemed to push out heat, even though it was around 65 degrees outside. Luckily, since it was autumn, I could crack the windows for some relief. The room also felt a bit dated, and the mattress was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on plywood. That said, the location was convenient, and the staff’s hospitality really helped balance out some of the maintenance issues. With a few updates, this could easily be a much more comfortable stay

Worst ever hotel experience. The hotel was so bad, very badly maintained the management is super rude. And on top of that the room i stayed in was at 78 degree f it was like an oven. When i went down and asked theh said open the windows, just imagine opening windows an sleeping at times square. It was a crappy experince

We had a great weekend stay at the Millennium Time Square Hotel. There is so much to do within walking distance and so many places and vendors to eat at. Our show was a short walk away and the room was very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful and friendly! We would definitely recommend and stay in the future.
