The room was fine. Definitely could use some updates. Some handles were missing off of the furniture. No refrigerator in the room. The heat didn’t seem to work right. Was very hot in the room no matter what the thermostat was set on. The tub didn’t drain, maintenance came to fix it but it happened again. The concierge and staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was great.

We have traveled to New York multiple times and stayed at this hotel 3 times. This last visit was horrible!!! 40 degrees outside and they told me they turned the heat off because some rooms were getting extremely hot. How do you turn the heat off in the entire building when people can control the temperature in each room? There was a pair of dirty underwear in my daughter’s bed!!! Just disgusting!!!!! We didn’t have a refrigerator in our room this time the staff rolled a refrigerator from another room to let us use. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!!!!!
