Staff was overwhelmingly helpful and nice! Beds were super comfy even though it was a double when we are accustomed to a king. Engineer quick to respond when toilet needed to be unclogged. Love the location! Helped make our trip even more enjoyable!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Shower was terrible, sink was stopped up, no coffee, no restaurant or room service. Most of all , we couldn't believe that there was no place to sit, to visit, to play cards- anywhere in the hotel. We were given covid excuses, 5 years later. We were told the homeless sir in the lobby. What should have been done is to convert a couple of bedrooms into places people could visit, pay cards, have a cup of coffee, etc. That would have made a world of difference. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel .

Staff were amazing! Bellhops, Concierge, Front Desk… all killed it! I used the gym multiple days, & it was adequate for working out. The room was not as clean or nice as hoped. And the biggest negative was the fact that we didn’t have complete control of the air unit. It got extremely hot in our room at night & we were informed that the ac units were switched to heat only. We were advised to open the windows, which was very loud & didn’t provide much air if we shut the blinds. So our choice was to be Hot dark & quiet, or slightly less than hot, bright & loud. The worst part was it switched a day into our stay!

The hotel room was nice. Wish there had been a fridge in the room. The location was great. Centrally located in Times Square. We were there from Oct 12-18 and it got warm towards the end of our stay. Apparently NY has hotels shut off their AC after a certain date. It made for an uncomfortable last night. We would stay there again.
