Im not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately when things start wrong the process is never ok. After a long taxi ride i came early to check in(no Goodmorning or hows day going). Didnt pay no mind because we were excited to be in NYC. I provided id and credit card and lady did not give a clear instruction. Told me room was not ready to come back at 4. I asked her if room was ready earlier would they call or text she said no it was going to be ready at 4 thats my notification, i offered to pay an additional fee to check in early and i was denied if stayed at many Hotels and money talks. It was one the worst customer service Ive ever experience. I would never go back

So, in our research looking for a centrally located hotel, what drew us to this Millennium Hotel was the restaurant Bugis Street Singaporean/Malaysian food that we love! It was proudly presented in the website. When we arrived, we learned the restaurant & bar folded during COVID. And this information was never changed on the website AND the signage outside the building! Generally, the facility is typical of an aging hotel...at least one elevator was permanently out of order, some cracks in walls, signs of interior water damage in our room, and the sidewalk had not been pressure washed for quite some time. We were comfortable, safe, and our request for additional coffee packets was honored during our six night stay. We couldn't ask for a better location in NYC.

The area was convenient to where I needed to go. I did have an issue with my bathroom where maintenance had to be called with 1 hr of me checking in. The fixures were dated and the showed signs of rust. I only stayed 1 night and would mostly choose another hotel on my next visit.
