This property needs attention. A lot of deferred maintenance. Rooms are like a Super 8. Very worn carpet, peeling wall paper, beat up furniture, and cheap linens. The lobby was beautiful at one time. Great extremely joy water, use caution.

Loved the view and the vicinity to Times Square and Bryant Park. The room was a little hot, but cracking the window in February fixed that problem. Staff was super helpful and friendly. This was an amazing trip overall, and this hotel played a huge part in making some lasting memories. Thank you!

A mixed experience

Had experience with 2 rooms, one very good- a king room with sleeper sofa & fridge, the other with 2 doubles was fair- connecting door wouldn’t lock, there was an empty spot where the fridge should be and the bathroom toilet did not flush properly.

I had to change rooms 4 times. The paint was peeling, wallpaper peeling, heater was on all of the time, when I called front desk, they said to open the emergency window. Will NEVER stay there again. Very dated.

The hotel was clean, but I would say it could definitely use some updating and some more offerings in the room. The restaurant was closed and they didn’t even have like a little coffee machine in the room for the morning. I’m also used to USB’s for charging. Overall, I think the hotel just needs some updating.
