The room was spotless and the staff was very nice and helpful and advised that the marathon was going to be the Sunday that I left and suggested that I make my way early to the airport to avoid any delays, this was helpful and even organized my transportation, this is not my 1st stay with you, always pleased. You walk in the hotel lobby that is beautiful and you have a perception that your room will be the same. Unfortunately, the room is EXTREMELY outdated. So many furniture dings, missing cabinet doors where there once was a refrigerator, and drawers that don’t close. The air conditioning is terrible!!! It barely feels like cold air coming out. We came in November, but with the sun beating on the glass, the room gets hot. The staff is very nice, everyone of them! Even though the location is perfect, I will not be staying here again due to the room conditions.

We had amazing stay on the 33rd floor, amazing views, huge comfy beds, and not as noisy as we were expecting considering the location. Only thing I really missed was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Other than this everything was great, it’s obviously an old hotel and needs an update
