housekeeping didn't clean the room well. the lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, but the rooms give motel vibes. inoperable elevators causing a line to form daily to get to their rooms.special thank you to Mr. Mark over transportation, Mr. Jeffrey front desk and the gentleman who stores the luggage until guest check in or out are Amazing!!!

The front desk lady was ok,the African tall man counting money was in a rush both times I asked him anything,Needs more training on Customer service & patience.The room was hot they do not let the ac on only heat in this weather so the room would get stuffy , it smelled bad the room very outdated needs an upgrade really bad,the carpet was dirty u can tell they haven’t washed it in years,it was not a great 1st time experience.the restaurant is permanent closed in there hotel.I would pick another place it was not worth the $1500 for 3 days sorry.The only convenience was it was near everything especially time square.

There was only an ice bucket in the room. No cups, condiments or coffee maker. This hotel does not have a restaurant. The advantage is that a deli is across the street where you can purchase food supplies. For the cost of the rooms they could improve in what they offer

There was no water or coffee machine in the room I asked for a refrigerator which was provided. Jenny the receptionist and Abul from house keeping were exceptional. I felt safe as a solo traveler and the location was convenient for me to attend my concert and play. It’s not my first stay here but it seems they are cutting back on the amenities.

Second time visiting . Since the COVID times . Housekeeping was spot on and punctual. Elevator wait time was ridiculous . I think they only had two elevators working so there were times the elevator came and was full and we had to wait for the next one. I understand the traffic was due to high volume of checkouts . Room has no microwave or coffee maker . Does have a mini fridge That’s why I’m not giving it four stars . The room itself had dents in the wall and bathroom walls were just outdated and peeling . The shower itself wasn’t function as it should and would fill up the bath tub so your feet would be submerged in water . Also the heat , you can’t lower it. You have to go to front desk where they have to call engineering to turn off the heat in your room . Your only option is to choose off or on . We had a corner room which was great to have but I don’t think it was worth the price. First time around we had booked a time square view . I don’t recall having these issues . This visit we just booked a city view due to price. Which was a smaller room but had about the same view as the time square view. Just a smaller room. Also bathroom had no ventaillation fan and room had no body mirror to check your outfit for the laddies. My gf was bummed about that.
