I would recommend a used towel bin in the hot spring pool area. The staff and service was great. Since I am Celiac I would have appreciated the breakfast buffet to have signage regarding allergies, the staff was great to get someone to be able to point out the gluten free options.

Positive: View of Arenal Volcano from every room. Hot spring pools of varying temperatures. Wonderful staff. Central Location to town and nature excursions but also felt remote/exotic. Negative: Meals/drinks on site were resort pricing but its close enough to town that you have options. Overall: One of my favorite resorts and I wish I was going back soon.

Great location near the Arenal Volcano. Easy access into the town of La Fortuna. Plenty to do around the property, primarily enjoying a range of thermal pools. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice restaurants. Fun spa. Even a small gym. A great place to visit.
