I recently stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The valet team was extremely friendly and professional, and I was genuinely impressed by how warm and welcoming the front desk staff were at check-in. Their attentiveness truly set the tone for the stay. Throughout my visit, phone responses were quick and efficient, and the entire experience felt seamless. The room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and without a single flaw. Everything about the stay felt close to perfect, and I honestly wanted to give a 100/100. The only minor issue occurred at check-out. When I asked a question regarding my bill, a front desk staff member named Gerald seemed slightly annoyed and somewhat forceful in his tone. It stood out simply because every other interaction during my stay had been so courteous and polished. Aside from that brief moment, I was extremely satisfied. I also dined at Carversteak and Stubborn Seed, and both restaurants were excellent and added to the overall experience. Because of the exclusive service and attention to detail, Crockfords will be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Las Vegas. Overall rating: 99/100.
