Was sent to a room that was already occupied and then was diré red to the wrong side of the building which delayed my check in from 4pm to almost 7. Give. It was my first time at the hotel and i mentioned it to them they should have comunicares better or cuides us to our rooms.

The room, upon entering, appeared impressive and spacious. Unfortunately, that impression quickly faded. We began finding blue bills on the carpet along with M&Ms, potato chip crumbs, and Dorito crumbs. We collected what we found and brought them to the front desk, where we were assured the room would be properly clean. In reality, little to nothing was done. I personally had to wipe down the bathroom counters, which were covered in dust and debris. A piece of plastic on the floor stayed there our entire stay, and crumbled chips at the foot of one bed remained untouched. On our second day, we discovered additional pills in the room. Once again we brought them to the front desk, and once again, we were promised proper cleaning. That promise was never kept. Before checking out, James checked under the beds to make sure we hadn't dropped anything, and what we found was unacceptable. Please see attached photos. When I called the front desk to speak with a manager, I was told someone would be sent up. Given that we were checking out, this felt like a stalling tactic. After waiting, I called back and asked again. I was then told the housekeeping supervisor would be up instead. By 10:35, we had run out of time, dropped our keys in the box, called an Uber, and left. To make matters worse, when I asked about an airport shuttle, the desk clerk admitted she didn't know how to arrange it

I’m disabled, I specifically asked to not put me far from the elevator. They I swear put me as far away as possible. I didn’t have my mobility scooter with me because I thought it would be a short walk to elevator and room. Nope . I paid for a room on the strip but they put us on some side street . They have no refrigerator or coffee machine in the rooms . So If you want ANYTHING, you have to get from one of their restaurants and the prices are extremely high for everything. A regular coffee with cream, $8.00 and it wasn’t great . Johnny Rockets downstairs, a burger and frie no drink ,$26.00 . A bottle of water in your room $17.99 . Walgreens $3.49 same bottle. Parking , valet $40 a day , self parking $20 a day . They don’t tell you how to get out if the parking garage at check in . We were stuck at the gate to exit once we realized how , it took 15 minutes to get out because our room key wouldn’t work. And others were having same problem. This is not the Vegas I remember. It’s more of a rich person shopping area now . We left there and stayed a few nights at the Red Rock in Summerlin , free valet parking, free water . Restaurants were not nearly as expensive. They sent a free refrigerator to our room . Staff extremely helpful and nice . That’s how Vegas used to be. If my sister didn’t live there I’d never go back. If I do it will be to red rock , or stay with her . This time was a surprise party for her 50 th wedding anniversary so I couldn’t .

If a resort fee is not optional, then include it in the price. Otherwise it’s just bait and switch deceptive pricing. WiFi was expensive for a 3rd or mor device and stupidly slow. And a fee for opportunistic early check in is gratuitous. If the room is available, let me check in. If not, I’ll wait

From the moment we were greeted by staff at check in to the time we checked out, we were taken care of 1000% obviously if the casino paid out a lil more it would have been absolutely perfect! :)
