The folio is very confusing to read and understand. I was supposed to have $35 food and beverage credit and then 2 $50 dollar credits due to issues in the room (1 for the TV not working and 1 for the toilet needing service due to a broken part inside the toilet). I called customer service and they said any credit would not show on the the folio even with a credit line. None of the credits matched up with my receipts. The operator was short with me and rude and did a one time credit for the $100 instead of the full credit. Also my MGM rewards were not used when I checked in. The room was clean and the maid staff were very friendly.

Amenities were not adequate. I booked a city room with king bed but when I reached , they didn’t have any room with a king bed . They gave me a room with a king bed on higher level but did not inform me that the room was for assisted people. The bathroom was small and had rails and handles all over . the shower area was tiny with a shabby shower curtain . I felt cheated as I had paid a lot for the room . Will never book Cosmopolitan again and would not recommend it to anyone.
