Extremely upset with the very outdated room super dirty and nasty looking chairs mold in the showers and to top it off I had a room reserved 2 weeks in advance and once time from check in came they didn’t have my room and was forced to downgrade from. A 25 dollar credit was added to my room but yet I still got charged this place sucks.

My overall stay at the Palms was great! The bathroom shower could've been cleaner, and the room smelt like cigarettes when I first entered. Other than that I have no complaints. Would definitely book again.
