Everything was very nice and professional at this hotel. There was however one very significant deceptive thing. The hotel advertises that it has four indoor pools and a hot tub, with lots of photos, when in fact, it has none. They give you a temporary membership at a city recreational facility, 300 meters away. It was a cold walk in the dark. I found their marketing & advertising very deceptive in this regard.

The electric controls TV did not work, we struggled for hours to get a hold of the front desk. They were rude and finally sent someone to check the room at 11:30 pm. They offered to move us to another room at midnight. The purpose of staying there was to rest before our long early morning flight the next day. Unfortunately the staff and poor conditions of the hotel ruined our stay. At one point, after two hours waiting, the front desk guy yelled at me saying "I already told you, some one will come to check the room". Then they sent someone who had no idea and was getting instructions over the phone. Will not stay there again.

After a whirlwind trip to Paris, travel to and from the hotel was easy with the free shuttle. The night before our flight home was lovely as the Hotel has free access to the pool / nordic water spa within a 3 minute walk, it was exactly what our bodies needed before or 20 hour travel day. Thanks Jangle for a wonderful experience

My stay was amazing, I have been using the Jangle for years now, even before it becomes the Jangle. the staff was very helpful and very nice in all ways. The room was very clean and comfortable. I just wish that the room was a little warmer.
