Nice clean property close to the Airport, but other than that it’s in a middle of nowhere with very limited options to hang around the property. They promised airport drop-off but that was only to Terminal 2. With our flight departing from Terminal 1 that created a bit of a panic and a longer walk

The place is nice, clean and new. I just did not like the part where they advertise all these amenities but they're actually not available (pool, skating rink, massage). The massage was posted on the elevator and when we checked front desk how to book they told us they'll get back to us but we didn't hear anything even when I followed up.

The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, only about 10 minutes from the CDG airport. It was clean throughout and staff were friendly. However if you’re visiting Paris to go to Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions I wouldn’t recommend as it’s located in an industrial area about 30-60 minutes from the main attractions in Paris. I was only there for 2 days and spent about £250/£300 on taxis. The transport links are not great into the city so Uber was the only choice. Getting to Central Paris would take me about 2 hours by metro so not ideal!

I booked this airport mostly because it provided a shuttle service to and from the airport. Most shuttle services do not operate in the afternoon hours, but this one did. It was a great, reliable, and easy to use service. The hotel sent me excellent directions of how to get to the shuttle pick up area ahead of time. It was a great experience. The hotel itself had a great environment and a good vibe. My room was cozy, clean, and quiet.

Our stay it’s self was as expected, it is a good hotel to book if you are flying . The shuttle bus would be much better if it stopped at different terminals, it would only take them a couple of extra minutes to do so. But they only stop at terminal 2, then you have to lug all your luggage on the train to different terminals(lots of stairs involved). Our worst experience was that someone entered our room when we went down for breakfast and helped themselves to the cash in my wife’s purse( she is 100 % sure it was there, since she just switched it from her daily purse to the travel purse). It seems that the hotel has a re occurring issue with this as it has been mentioned in other reviews as well. We addressed it with the hotel, but to date they have pretty much brushed us off with standard answers. IF YOU STAY THERE LOCK YOUR BELONGINGS EVEN IF IT IS JUST FOR A FEW MOMENTS

Bad Bar Manager

The front desk was nice and the reason for the score was the bar manager, and staff were extremely rude and inattentive. The room AC didn’t work and the towels in the room were stained.
