For an airport hotel this location was amazing not too close but close enough m, airport shuttle was great driver explained where to get the airport bus for our terminal, food was great espresso martini’s amazing

The included airport shuttle was awesome! From the airport we could get to Disneyland and anywhere in Paris. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

We were seated for dinner, but no one came to take our order. We finally left and had to buy snacks for our dinner. Also, we registered for the morning airport shuttle when we checked in. In the morning we went to the shuttle and were told there wasn’t room for us. A family had more people than they registered and they took our seats. Instead of removing them, we were told to go back into the hotel and take a later shuttle. They were very unorganized. We took an Uber instead. Very poor service.

Tacos kebab were perfect and the mini market next door were perfect for drinks alcohol and snacks the shopping mall was 15 minutes away car is needed and they should put.land at the Charles airport not the orly and state that orly airport is 1 hour away and that the charles airport is closer

This is a beautiful hotel with some great amenities (excellent breakfast buffet, convenient airport shuttle, nearby pool). The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Do not use the electric car charger outside. There are free chargers available in the indoor parking. I wasn’t informed about them—only the outdoor charger was suggested to me. It ended up costing me $40 with no service, and the sign-up process was very complicated. It was automatically charged to my credit card, without a clear explanation. The hotel has much more potential, but it gives off a strange vibe.

Nice hotel for rest before flying out.

Beautiful hotel. We were disappointed that the pool complex closes early in the evening so we didn't get a chance to use it. Good parking and wifi.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few issues, however the hotel staff gave them immediate attention and resolved the issues quickly. While the pool facility is not on site, it is a short walk to get there and it is a great experience. I would gladly stay at this hotel again, and definitely recommend the hotel to others.

This is a very clean and modern property close to the airport. The free shuttle is very nice for layovers. Staff is friendly and the bed was comfortable. Not much else in the area but the restaurant was nice. The morning breakfast had a variety of items. A nice hotel for an airport layover.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Convenient to the airport. But the hotel is loud. And to be honest, the staff is not friendly. I am a happy traveler but it was hard to get a smile from the staff.

Check in is delayed and they will not notify you when you can fully check in. They blame it on Housekeeping but I would just chalk it up to unfriendly inefficient front desk staff. The airport shuttle requires a timed reservation, the front desk staff will not ask you if you want to book this so make sure you ask them at check in. The pool is not connected to this hotel. Make sure they give you wristbands for everyone in your party (including kids). When you arrive at the pool make sure you request a token for a locker. The breakfast is nice and selection is warm and cold items. Dispite the negatives, we had a good overnight.

I loved the shuttle to the airport. The staff was awesome. The free breakfasts was delicious as well as the reasonably purchased dinners. The rooms were somewhat small. The door to the shower was frosted which was a problem since my grandson was with me. No wash cloths, just hand and bath towels. Oh, the coffee was so so good!! The water park was really a plus but to top it off there is also an adult spa that was out of this world included with the price. All in all this was a very good hotel to stay in and would come again. Thanks
