The hotel advertises Free Airport Shuttle. The pick up from airport was on time and convenient. But at end of your stay you have to fit your schedule with their rigit shuttle schedule. That means if your flight time doesnot fit with their schedule, you will either miss your flight or you can choose to wait at the airport for hours.

Definitely the best ever changing buffet breakfast with its own unique taste of Bicol traditional cuisine, even that changes everyday. Just loved it! They are never short staffed so you never have to look far for service 5/5 definitely, 24hrs too. Cleanliness was super and Ligazpi is a beautiful place with strong tradition and history. You won't regret it

Restaurant staff service in the cafe was not good, I had to almost trip a passing waiter to get an order , then the same for ordering desert. Sad, the marison was so good last year. Also the required 3000 peso cash deposit to stay was insulting. Sorry but that was my last stay.

Our stay here was wonderful the staff from the bell service, the front desk, the restaurant employees and the housekeepers are all kind always delivering top notch service, you can feel genuine positivity and very helpful they made the stay more special they are the reason why this place is doing well kudos to the staff!
