We were a family of 5 visiting from the states. Hotel is well situated in Miraflores. We walked everywhere, only needing Uber when it was out of the area like Centro Histórico. The breakfast buffet is nice even though it was not included in our hotel package, but it was convenient. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Kennedy Park is close by as well. Overall good experience. They have dispensing shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower. You don’t need to pack extra toiletries. It’s not miniature in size. The rooms have a mini fridge. The only thing I was disappointed with was the room coffee maker. I could never get it to make American coffee, just expresso. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I found the property to be clean in the rooms and common areas.

Had many issues. An alarm in the room woke me up at 5:00. The minibar temperature was changed and frozen breastmilk defrost. Then, I asked to save breastmilk in a proper freezer with very clear instructions, just to find out that they didn't put it in the freeze. The staff was nice, but unable to solve any problem. I do not recommend this place.

Nice rooms but a lot of miscommunication about the charges One staff member kept telling us breakfast was included and then when we checked out they charged us for two days of breakfast per person which was super annoying because we would never have had 5 breakfasts if it wasn’t included and even double checked the night before. They kept arguing that we ended up paying. Hotel has working elevators. Bar and restaurant are small and average but great location
