Lovely place and great view. One thing though, you can have a full on conversation with your neighbors in the bathroom. So heads up your neighbor can hear everything in your restroom and you can hear them. Also I recommend 3rd floor if possible. We were on 2nd floor and the people above us decided to ride a scooter through the bedroom above us so we had to hear that for a good grip of a night. Thank goodness bed was comfortable or I would have slept badly because of the noise.

I had a fantastic stay, being right on the beach was amazing since it was a bit “iffy” to be on the beach. I loved sitting in my room with the balcony door open, it was like being right on the beach without the sand or rain!

We stayed years ago, I'm pretty sure they have upgraded. Clean and comfortable. Could possibly use better chairs for storm watching inside the room. We only booked the basic room though. View was awesome for the bigh winds/surf and watching the lightening.

The room was very nice . We had a fireplace in the room and a balcony. Their hotel is right at the beach. This is where we will be staying when we come back!

The Expedia site when booking was not clear on amenities. It did not state as much, but the room had refridgerator and microwave. There is a pool open 9 am-9 pm all year. Beach access is a building away - not as doable on high tide but there is lots of beach access elsewhere in Lincoln City. The room has a great ocean view. We'll definitely get out there again.
