Breakfast buffet included for the stay and is amazing. Plenty of hot or cold food and fruits and drinks. 5 mins easy walk to the airport. Super convenient. Room is actually spacious and clean. Doesn’t have that old smelly or loud noise from AC from a typical airport hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Front desk people are nice too Only small thing is that after waiting for shuttle bus for 10 mins, they need to change the shuttle bus. We decided to walk and it turns out to be much faster. Strong recommend to just walk to airport. There’s crosswalks. But nice they provide shuttle for such a short distance for those who need it

The staff at the front desk were amazing! We arrived exhausted and more than frazzled around 10PM after an important suitcase was lost on its way from the Amsterdam. The front desk clerk was so very kind and sweet, and empathetic that I couldn’t help but disclose that 27 years ago our honeymoon had begun here, in Lisbon, just a day earlier. She was visibly moved and dropped everything to find a way to help us mark the occasion and cheer us up. She represented us with a collection of tiny (mini bar edition!) bottles of port and a huge smile helping us forget the previous three hours. The restaurant made for a lovely surprise, too, with a vast selection of starters, warm dishes, fruit and dessert where the wait staff graciously attended to us late into the night. Thank you!

If you are flying out of Lisbon, there is no reason to stay at any other hotel! The staff is fabulous! The hotel is immaculate! The shuttle takes all of 5 minutes. Don't look elsewhere....just stay here!

Excellent location. Ten minutes from the airport and a shuttle every 15 minutes. Clean, cordial staff and good breakfast. You can easily reach the shopping Vasco da Gama by subway.

Only if you fly in the middle of the night

I would only stay in this hotel if my flight were in the middle of the night. Lisbon is not a large city where the airport is far. It is not more than a 20-minute ride form almost anywhere in the city. The room was very small, and the bathroom is really small and uncomfortable. It has not a door but a curtain. Cero privacy. The only good thing: Terminal 1 is a 3-minute walk. You don't need transportation.

It served the purpose of a convenient hotel with shuttle to the airport. You can even walk to the airport if so inclined. The included breakfast buffet was a plus, as well as the availability of a dinner buffet. The inconvenience came when we tried to contact Front Desk from our room in 2 different occasions (a couple of times each instance) but it seemed they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. The last contact we attempted was right before we were going to check out as we had an emergency when I ended up with one of the bathroom’s glass doors in my hand as It had become unhinged, out of nowhere. We tried to call the Front Desk to ask for help and the same thing happened…the phone would be picked up -we COULD here the ambient noise-, but no one would talk, we’d start sayjng “hello…” but would be immediately hung up on. We were then able to prop the door against the ledge and when we came to the front desk to check out and inquired about being hung up on, the clerk said: oh! I picked up the phone and heard nothing, but also implied that people normally knock the phone and inadvertently dial the Front Desk, which made me think that they may have become accustomed to picking up and hanging up…
