This property is NOT directly connected to the airport which was a disappointment because that is the reason we booked. There is also one shuttle which fits around 8 people and runs every 15 min and is also for the property across the street (Hotel Star Inn). The breakfast was meh but the rooms were ok and we were able to get connecting rooms. This hotel was fine for one night before or after flight but otherwise so many better places to stay.

TRIED to cancel it 5 days before our reservation and they would not refund my money. Originally we were going to be in Madeira the week before our stay but the flight canceled due to high winds and couldn't get a flight for 4 days. We booked this place expecting to be flying back to Lisboa 1 day before we flew home, so we booked this room. Since the Madeira portion canceled , we didn't need this booking. 5 days before the reservation and we don't get our money back. Total BS. I am done with expedia !

Highly recommend this for an early flight out of Lisbon. For an airport hotel it was perfect. Our only complaint- the safe was broken and the staff never fixed it.
