Decent stay but more attention to detail needed

The hotel notified us on check-in that the A/C was not working, and that a technician was working on it. The issue was unfortunately not resolved during our 1 night stay, so we were lucky it was not too hot that night. The bathroom blowdryer, which is fixed to the wall, did not work. When trying to call reception to notify them, the room phone did not work, even after plugging it out and in again. Beds and pillows were comfortable, noise was to a minimum. All in all, a decent stay, but a few issues that dampened our experience and satisfaction.

One of the lights in the bathroom was not working but then at 5am it turned one by it self. The sink in the bathroom the stopper was stuck in the close position that prevented for the water from going down. The door of the room needed to be slam when in the outside to close or use the card for the handle to go down to make easy toclose.

The elevator got stuck between floors, which was particularly tough on one of our group members who's claustrophobic. The rooms themselves were compact and lacked a fridge, but they did have comfortable beds and were clean overall.
