Room was an embarrassing disappointment. Old kitchen with rust, stains. Both the bathroom sink and tub did not have stoppers. The floor was so dirty I had to wash it. Lots of brown dirt on my wash towel from washing the floor. Bedding was terrible. Bed was smaller than what I was expecting. The rate I was supposed to pay was not what I paid. I was charged an extra $60 per night than what I was quoted. Too many issues with room to mention. The staff was very nice, but that’s the only positive thing I can say

Rooms are clean, the staff at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here. Literally step outside your room and are in a really nice Ralph's. Shopping Plaza across the street has everything including an In&Out!

My friend got the room for me and weren't not friend's anymore because the room was dirry And my MAJOR COMPLAINT WAS THE TVs blue screen i even asked a few other people who had rooms there including 1 of the maid and all said the same about the tvs having a blue haze
