We were in Cerritos for a family emergency and had to extend our stay twice. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. There were some issues with one of the elevators malfunctioning, but it did not significantly affect our experience. The Breakfast buffet had enough variety for everyone, and the staff was always attentive and willing to help.
