We enjoyed our stay here. Our kids enjoyed the large pools and access to the water park at Riu Santa Fe. We would visit again. The food was quite good.

The resort was nice. You couldn’t swim in the ocean though and you could not get transportation inside the resort. We felt a little isolated. If you don’t want kids around go to the adults only. Lots of activities for them. The room was clean and if we needed anything the staff readily made it available. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Great experience, service was great, lit during the day, quiet late at night after festivities have ended. If you're planning on going, go. My advice if you're not doing an activity every day, (ATV, jet ski, etc etc) 4 days is the perfect amount of time to stay. Anything longer things start seeming repetitive. But trip was 9 out of 10.

My room smell moldy and mildew. I asked to be moved and wanted to upcharge me to another room. Front desk Roxi, Roxanne, Rosey and this guy all saying they are managers and supervisor. They were all not friendly as someone was helping and Roxanne walked over and said something in Spanish which the guy attitude turned nasty. My AC was broken twice within 5 days and had to called multiple time. I would not recommend this resort to anyone

This property was beautiful in many ways. It has some aging issues, but they do a nice job of keeping it clean. We had some issues with our room like a toilet that would only flush every 20 minutes or so and an AC that went out, but they were always quick to address the issues. We found the food on the buffet to be the best dining option as the restaurants did not offer toddler friendly options. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Confortable y rico. Servicio para extranjeros.

Los restaurantes tienen muy buen nivel gastronómico y las vistas a el mar Pacífico son preciosas. El personal super amable. Sin embargo el lugar y el servicio están diseñados para turistas de EU y la preferencia es para ellos. La alberca estaba confortable en general, pero dos días estuvo fría el agua. La llegada es inconveniente porque no dejan entrar Ubers, tuvimos que caminar los otros dos hoteles para llegar al Riu Palace que es el del fondo. Mismo tema para irnos.
