We had a wonderful experience! Everyone that works there, works so hard to make it look nice and to help everyone have a nice time. The only downside were some of the speciality restaurants were a little lack luster other than that it is a great place for a family getaway, our little guy had the best time and so did we!

Beautiful place in great area. Lots to do with many different eating options. Swim up bar was great and adult only. Other areas we quite when you didn’t want noise. Staff were exceptional as was front desk and room service was quick

Overall excellent, friendly staff, very clean, not crowded, like Sante Fe next door, Which if i was 45 years younger would have been great. For you young guys there are a large proportion of beautiful women to men, Buffet was very good, you could eat there every meal. I am not an Indian food fan so not liking it was a given. Had the ribeye twice at steakhouse and liked it, Japanese and italian were also ok, Nothing special but i can't complain. Only complaint was there is no bathroom on pool level you have to go down stairs or ramp to beach bar restroom.

This hotel was the best I’ve had in Cabo. I visit on a yearly basis and been to several hotels, and RIU is by far better than the rest. All inclusive, very clean & staff was super attentive and their hospitality was great. I would definitely recommend this spot! Thank you RIU for a great stay!!

Staff was great in the dining areas. Pool side drink service was good and non existent at times. Alexus was so helpful and friendly along with Ruih ( incorrect spelling) he worked in the Italian place most days. The Italian dining was my very place to eat.

We went To Riu Palace Los Cabos for my wife birthday and we really enjoyed the suite was clean, food was great. We went to the steakhouse twice we loved it. Staff was great and friendly. We highly recommended for our friends. Definitely we are going back!

The property was well kept and beautiful!! The staff are hard workers!! Plenty of seating. I loved the cats!! We had a problem connecting to the internet and the sweet man who checked us in helped us out and added codes and worked great! Much appreciated!!

The swim up pool room was awesome. We had a semi private grassy path to the beach that bypassed the crowds. We were able to have a lot of privacy where the room was positioned. Room service was awesome so we could have quiet meals to ourselves. We also liked the taco and hamburger grill. We brought our own SUPs to paddle to the Arch. Amazing!

We enjoyed all our meals, our beautiful room, swimming and the lovely gardens. However, we are an older couple who didn’t like the noisy entertainment and loud music that was constantly around the pool. I’m sure younger people would like it. The drinks were great and service was excellent. The whole hotel was constantly being cleaned and was beautifully kept.

The staff was great very friendly and helpful at all time. Food was good. Only thing need to chage is entertainment more areas to dance with DJ or band. Smoking ares need to better provided and more signs need to be posted as to were to smoke.
