Staff was missing at reception, when they finally arrived they were not friendly and did the bare minimum. Not what you’d expect for such a nice hotel. Amenities are extremely basic. Clean, but lacking in anything special.

The room is described as a luxury room. It was a nice room, but not nearly luxury. The coffee maker was cheap with paper cups and bad coffee. Water cups were paper, and only one bathrobe was provided. We expected better given the room description.
