The staff were lovely and the breakfast options were okay ( british breakfast options mostly). Our room was very spacious and we had a balcony, but the cleanliness isnt great, you can tell the place is a bit older, some of our sheets had holes in it and the bed/pillows werent the most comfortable. Overall decent though, we had everything we needed and it was easy to cook at home as we had a nice hob, oven and a big fridge. I would say the three star rating is accurate. Also close enough to the beach(~20min walk) and restaurants (~10min walk)

Nightmare at castle harbour

we arrived as soon as we opened the door it smelt really horrible stayle smoke and musty i bought aur freshner but didn't help i think apartment 322 should be taken off the sight it was disgusting we had cig burned sheets the drawer taken out off the washing machine so we couldn't use it the residents are very unsociable and rude the apartment is halfway up a mountain and no where near the beach it absolutely ruined ny holidays the worst place i have ever had the misfortune to stay in please dont ruin anyone elses holiday nothing in the apartment was clean or without cig burns -0 i rate it

Nice 1 bed apartment with ample room and massive balcony. Swimming Pool is a good size with a poolside snack bar. Pool is well maintained and cleanliness due to covid regs was fantastic. Highly recommended. In a nice part of town, ample streetside parking for hire car

won't recommend this hotel/apartment

Room is not what we expected! We book an upgrade room that looks more modern. But when we got there, the room that we had is the one that we are trying to avoid. The room looks worn out and old. Their reason is that the picture we saw on hotels.com is all occupied! And the hotel didn't give is the money back. They just told us that they will let us know when its available. Are you kidding me!!! Seen some hair strands on bed sheets, really disgusting! The most worse is we saw small cockroach on the floor. I'm not scared of cockroach, but my husband and son was terrified. The television is not working and only had celling fan that is so slow. The bedroom had cot bed, don't know why coz we don't have baby. The bed is quite comfy which is good. Kitchen is good size and we can cook whenever we want. Pool is good size and clean. There's not a lot of people due to covid. The apartment is about 20mins to the beach and approximately 30mins to city centre. If you want to get a bus, you have to walk 12mins to main bus station and buy a card for €2 plus top up to place you want to go. So don't expect that the driver will speak English, i mean mostly. I have to find my way and my google map is been very useful.

I personally liked the property itself , it was just that it wasn't cleaned enough ....once in the week we were there ! We ended up cleaning round ourselves and luckily we found clean towels in a chest in the wardrobe because these weren't changed either !

Odeur d'égout sur toute la durée du sejour depuis les salles de bains et l'evier de cuisine - il s'agit d'un appart-hotel - très peu de vaisselle - aucun produit de base comme du sel, poivre vinaigre, huile, il a fallu tout acheter - au 9e etage, l'ascenseur s'arrêtant au 8e ! - wifi payante et très instable - parking gratuit mais sur la route ! - peur mieux faire !!!

Great place for family vacation

We had a great 3 bedroom apartment with sun on the terrace from 10 am to sunset. 15 min walk to the beach. Perfect place for a family holiday.

Personale gentile. Organizzazione pessima, francamente non ci tornerei nemmeno se fosse gratis. La stanza aveva problemi che non sono stati risolti, per pagare è stato un parto perché il sabato e domenica (anche se risulta il check out in tali giorni) NON È POSSIBILE PAGARE perché la responsabile dei pagamenti il fine settimana non lavora. Organizzazione davvero pessima !!!
