Despite the negative remarks, my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool was our favourite. The drinks and food also tasted really good. Our flight was 6pm and the staff allowed us to use the facilities (except the room which we were ok with) until 5pm which was a huge plus for us especially with kids. I would definitely recommend and would be back!

Check in was great. It is very close to airport so just short drive. Food was excellent with lots of choice. Almost no wait times at restaurants. Pool is spotless and grounds well kept. Spacious rooms. Can see the famous Maho Beach and plane landings from all the restaurants. The staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. There was entertainment all week and beach is steps away from rooms and restaurants. Not resort related but the weather in Sint Maarten is great in December, it was sunny and 27 degrees all week. Overall a great vacation.

The staff was rude, my room was wet every day from a leaking shower… Making it very dangerous to walk around. I was hurt in the shower and when I went to the Front Desk to report my injury someone went in my room without permission fixed it and then escorted back to my room to take pictures as if it never happened very sketchy behavior. Was never contacted to see if I was ok . This happened right before I left on Tuesday . When I took the plane home my leg had swollen to the point it was hard to stand . Leaving me in pain and having to take days off work. Being that I’m in the hospitality field nd work for a 5 star establishment in NewYork I know the protocols . And they followed absolutely none of them. I’ve been home for 2 days still in pain and still haven’t been contacted. I will never stay here again!

From arrival to my departure staff was courteous and super helpful. Good food and beverages around the clock. Clean and spacious. Beach and pool areas were immaculate. Completely safe.

The experience is exactly what you pay for, some of the staff was friendly but there were a few that was not. No water sports to be found. It’s right on the beach- access was good to everything. A family budget hotel

Great time on a great island. The resort was very clean accommodating and fun. I would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the island

I fly a private jet and our aircraft broke down the day we were supposed to arrive. The website advertise a fee of 21% for cancellations after December 5. I called the hotel immediately to let them know I was not coming then used it cancellation button on the hotel.com website. I was charged for nine nights stay back in October. hotel.com refuse to refund my money -21%. I would never use hotel.com again. I work for a huge defense contractor, and I will spread the word the boycott this company.

rude staff, room was moldy smelled like mold walking right out of the elevator to the rooms. Food is limited and if you're on the lower floors good luck!
