first off that staff are miserable , you say good morning they ignore you. every time you go to the pool you have to bring a towel card if you forgot it in your room the staff dont want to give you another one at the front desk. I stayed on the family side where they didnt start playing some type of music until saturday i checked in on a wenesday. THE ADULT SIDE WAS ALSO DEAD. heres the topper theres no room service on the family side what so ever so if your kids are hungry better join the line outside lol. theres only room service for the boring adult side.

The staff appeared to be unwelcoming. When I travel which is often the hospitality is always nice and accommodating. The bartenders on all the areas on the day shift were amazing. They know how to smile and make your experience enjoyable.

I loved the location of the property, the amenities, pool, closeness to Maho Beach. The ocean view from my room was wonderful. The management, the house keeping staff and the services and bartenders were excellent. I just wish the front desk staff gave out more information about the resort. Like restaurants times, menus, their locations, no reservations were needed, so that was a plus. We found a lot of things on our own closer to the last days of the trip. More info for visitors would help.

Great access to the beach and outside restaurants. Unfortunately had a bad intereaction with the staff at check in. Guard did not let us unload at the lobby. We had to go park far away and carry everything.
