Deceiving marketing. Hotel is listed as “breakfast buffet” included, which is not true. They told us some of the items were included and they charged for it. Menu items overpriced:$15 dll for a french toast. Also, mini fridge will only have a “2 hours” timer you need to press. Iwe had food go bad because it did not stayed on aover ight. Room was clean but will not stay in this CB ai. Again

I had a terrible night's sleep.First of all, the room was vibrating Like the lower deck on a ship, I called the front desk, and asked if there was something going on below me (room 222) she said no, which was wrong. I found out the next morning I was over the laundry room and that was the cause. It went all the way past midnight before it stopped. I found the air conditioning system very difficult to use. Because there is a long lag time, so if you set it on 66, for instance, it would go to 66 and then wait until it got up to 70 before kicking in again. Which means I could never get the covers right because it was always too cold or too hot. I finally slept in my clothes and just a sheet. There is a hole in the wall, but it was no big deal because it was behind the bathroom door. And come on, do you really save money by using single ply toilet paper? Marriott courtyards are usually my favorite hotel, but this was just terrible, and the worst night's sleep.I can remember.
