Alimentação excelente em todas as refeições, bem variado e tudo fresquinho e feito com cuidado. Sobremesas variadas e muito gostosas. Animação muito boa. Bailinho, cantor, som e animação excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi quanto à limpeza dos box dos banheiros, tanto das paredes como o blindlex. Piscinas: 1. precisam ter melhor manutenção. A primeira piscina externa, próxima do prédio do hotel precisa de reparos para colocação de azulejos que estão faltando e podem machucar os pés dos hóspedes. Notamos que precisam de maior limpeza das bordas porque estão encardidas, as marcas são visíveis. 2 piscina coberta - nada a reclamar, estava limpa. 3. Ofurôs - Necessitam de troca da água e lavagem interna. Não gostamos da experiência nos ofurôs. É importante ressaltar que usamos as piscinas pela manhã. Quanto aos colaboradores todos muito atenciosos.

Amamos a comida, tudo maravilhoso. Apenas achei a água muuuuito quente, deveria ter algum controle de temperatura pois em alguns momentos não dava nem pra entrar de tão pelando que estava. Acho também que a programação poderia ter colocado o karaokê a noite, porque no meio da tarde ninguém quis participar. E a pulseira deveria ser de outra cor pois é muito fácil de perder na piscina

Adoramos a estadia. A recreação para crianças e adultos é show! Higienização do ambientes nota 10. A comida é super variada e tudo muito gostoso e caprichado . Custo beneficio não está compensando, diária alta pelo que o Resort oferece, horário de pico, chuveiro fica gelado, o resort divide a piscina maior com pessoal que soh vai passar o dia, aí lota a piscina maior, e soh ficam as pequenas pra quem está hospedado. Hotel gostoso, valeu a pena.

Foi ótima. Mas teve um porém, na parte de alimentação, havia muita variedade, mas quase tudo sem sabor, deixou bastante a desejar. Achamos excepcional a preocupação a inclusão, com a mesa de sem glúten e sem lactose, mas… o sem glúten é que deveria ser separado, pois a contaminação com as facas e espátulas eram grande, ou seja, ñ adiantava. Deveria haver placas para todos os pratos (sem glúten/sem lactose), facilitaria bastante.
