Hotel is outdated and smells. We walked in our room and it smells like urine. We told them about it and he could not change our room or give us a refund. I won’t stay in an AmericInn again.

The only issue i had was that i requested to be next to a friend's room (same type of room). The girl at the desk said that we had to be on 2 separate floors because we didnt have the same type of room, which wasnt the case at all. I could have pushed it by telling her that we had the same type of room (2 queen beds), but i didn't.

The breakfast was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. There were stains on the ceiling of the bathroom but the rest of the room was clean.

This is where I stay when in Madison. Reasonable price, convenient location, and generous breakfast spread - with actual bowls, plates, and cutlery (no plastic!) Oh, and the staff is always friendly.

This is my third stay at this hotel and every stay has been great! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and there is Dove soap, shampoo, and body wash products in the bathroom for use. We always use the pool area and the hot tub is so relaxing! The best part of this hotel is the breakfast! So many options! Fresh tortillas and biscuits to make your own breakfast sandwich, waffles, fresh doughnuts and pastries, cut up fruit, among many other things! Best hotel breakfast around! We will be back again!
