Love the Concourse Hotel

In town for Ironman weekend. Didn't have much time to enjoy the pool or other amenities. Nice breakfast on the day we checked out. Lovely stay as usual.

I liked that this was right downtown, and the Capitol was about a block away, you could actually see it from some rooms, which was nice. There was a music festival going on for the taste of music, which was nice since we were able to open our window just enough to listen to the music. And we were able to walk to wherever we needed to as other thing, downtown What's available? There was a cute gotcha store for the kids and lots of fun shops

The hotel is in a prime location, just around the corner from the Capitol and all the action. The area is really safe. Considering it’s a 3-star hotel, I think it’s good value for your money. They only offer cleaning and bed-turning every other day so don’t expect a daily service (not even trash cans emptied). Room bathroom could use a refresh and better maintenance. Also: No fancy or diverse toiletries: just hand soap and lotion (plus body wash, shampoo and conditioner in big dispensers in the shower). We didn’t use the pool, whirlpool or sauna but we checked them out and they looked quite good.
