Sehr geehrte Frau, vielleicht sollten Sie in Zunkuft beim Buchen auf ihre Allergien hinweisen. Unser Hotel verfügt über Allergie freundliche Zimmer. In Ihrem Zimmer ist Ihnen bestimmt der Sessel aufgefallen, dies ist das dritte Bett. Da ich selber Dienst hatte , stelle ich mir die Frage wie Sie Privatgespräche von Gespächen mit Kunden unterscheiden können ohne mitzuhören. Mein Verhalten Ihnen gegenüber war zu keiner Zeit unfreundlich, allenfalls etwas gestreßt da zu der Zeit in der Sie das Hotel betraten ständig das Telefon klingelte und andere Gäste eincheckten.
