Good stay with a few issues.

We had a good stay. But at first, the service is too slow for checkin. Then we had a room one floor below. under canal water level and we did not like the feeling…. We asked to change and with time and efforts we got a room on second floor. Everything was pretty good, the room was small but clean and had windows to open for fresh air. The big problem is that the mattress was in bad shape and very uncomfortable. We told reception on the last day, they said it’s noted but did not offer any compensation. It’s also in a safe surroundings and easy to go everywhere.

Monet Gardens is a quaint boutique-like hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Central Station. The staff was great and the hotel was lovely.

We like this boutique hotel with friendly staff and clean room. Location is great and close to many attractions with walk or metro. The only down side is room is smaller than expected with enough walking space.

A beautiful city

Great trip. The hotel was in an ideal position for sightseeing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast every morning at Tony’s NYC bagels just around the corner.
