Wir haben 2x Queen Betten gebucht; 1.) in der Buchungsbestätigung wurde dies nur als Wunsch aufgeführt; 2. das Hotel wollte uns ein kleines Zimmer mit 1 Queen Bett und 1 normalen Bett geben - wir hätten kaum Platz gehabt um uns im Zimmer zu kehren! Wir haben interveniert und haben die Airport Suite mit 2 Queen Betten erhalten, welche aber nur vom 3.Stk. über Treppen erreichbar war, wir hatten dann aber auch genügend Platz. Leider sollten wir für die 2. Nacht umziehen - uns wurde eine Villawohnung ausserhalb des Hotels offeriert, welches wir ablehnten - schlussendlich durften wir in der Airport Suite bleiben. Das ins Zimmer gebrachte Styropor-Frühstück erfüllte nicht unseren Erwartungen: Rice, Omelette, Cornbeef/rsp.Fleischkäse, Wasser 5dl. Da das Hotel an der Ausfahrt des NAIA T1 liegt, hatten wir kein Problem ein Taxi zu ergattern.

As much as we want our guests to be satisfied and enjoyed with their stay at our property, some expectation and requests are not available and this has been replied too. Please note that before you book our rooms, photos and descriptions are available for the room types. For the Superior Family room, it is stated that we only have 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for the room. If you will be needing 2 queen beds, you should have book our bigger room. For the breakfast, it was a complimentary meal Sir. If you have advised us onsite regarding your breakfast, we could have assisted you where to order a different breakfast at your own cost. We hope to see you again here at Manila Airport Hotel. Thank you and God bless!
