Not a very well kept property with few amenities. There are many better choices in this price range. The complimentary shuttle was a bonus. The tv only worked if you have Prime or other premium channel service. Very few nice food options along a busy street.

I booked and was charged over $100USD for a premium suite only to get there to be downgraded to a double room that goes for $50. They promised to make it right only to find out they refused to do anything about it or reimburse me the difference. It was extremely noisy with us being woke up multiple times through the night. The free breakfast was all unavailable leaving limited crappy options to choose from. Due to the downgrade we had to rent an additional room and where charged multiple extra fees for a third person to stay in a room for 4 people. The shuttle was earlier that we were told not even allowing us to eat our limited crappy breakfast. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was also not only us having problems, as we heard other families there dealing with similar issues of having booked a big family room to be downgraded as well and they had to rent an extra room as well. Do Not Stay Here!!! I'm still trying to get my money back from their mistakes even when I paid for the insurance just in case something like this happened!! Definitely the WORST experience of my entire 30 day trip in the country and multiple hotels in multiple locations! I would give - stars if it was possible!!!

Had cockroaches/ unsafe renovations while client being admitted to dangerous rooms/ no saltine on the telephones/. They shoukd not admit clients in a room bring psinted( cluttered with pests). NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Airport transportation was impossible to arrange. Noisy day and night.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful. The room I was in was very old and didn’t look like the pictures but it was very comfortable and clean and had good aircon so no issue
The staff are nice. I appreciate the free shuttle going to the airport. I tried to schedule a shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel but nobody would answer the calls. I called over 20 times in a span of 5hrs. So I guess the free shuttle is only from hotel to airport but not vice versa.
The rooms are small and dirty. There’s bugs and cockroaches. Upon inspection, there’s a strand of hair on the sheets. We also didn’t get any sleep before our flight because the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the nonstop traffic outside. There’s free breakfast but we didn’t take them as we are scared of getting sick because of how unsanitary the place is.
I do not recommend to anyone.
The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much.
The place was nothing like the pictures. Run down and dirty. Way overpriced. No internet for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Poor service in restaurant and we would have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee refill. The food was terrible. This place is a dump and I would never go back.

For that price was perfect. One night close to the airport. Including shipping to airport was great. Breakfast was included too.
Just the area outside was very annoying.
Walls are very thin. Could hear everything outside and neighbor room.

I booked this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to/from the airport. Scheduling the shuttle is a joke. It arrived at the airport 50 minutes after our arrival at the meet up location. The hotel itself is old, scary and buggy. The road noise was excessive all night. The toilet needed extra flushing. The front desk staff were not very accommodating. They tried to charge more for the San Miguel beer than it stayed on the menu in the room. The breakfast was not good. On my sandwich, I’d guess I received 1/4 of an egg and 3 pieces of bread. I scheduled the airport return shuttle in advance, reminded the front desk staff 15 minutes in advance and it still didn’t pick us up until 20 minutes after our scheduled time. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
