Room lacks amenities, lack of parking, AC was not working properly at first, outlets was not working properly either, towels were old, sheets were old. The only thing that was great about my stay are the staff.
Great service from Roland and Marjim, the security doormen at the property. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The receptionist who is currently in training (working the 20:00–05:00 shift) was also extremely helpful. I asked her for recommendations on chocolate gifts to bring back to my colleagues in London, and she went out of her way to write me a list along with her personal suggestions. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and I truly appreciate it.

It’s very convenient for everything very accessible for transport and ordering food online. Staff are very helpful excellent services good people I will absolutely come back next time.
The property is very clean and smells good. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly; and the cleaning staff does a great job keeping the place clean. Everything is really close. We will be back in the future.
Thank you Red Planet timog. Quite surrounding, soft beds, towel and room are fresh everyday. The security guard is very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain we are so happy.😊
