The reception and security staff are efficient in making the client feel like they are inconvenient guests of the hotel and treated with condescending manners, responding with rehearsed narratives. The restaurant staff at the Pablo restaurant however are very efficient for their excellent service. The housekeeping staff was also responsible in their duties.
