Room was clean. Bathroom was fine...good water pressure and drainage in the shower. Bed was fairly comfortable. Pillows were small but did the job. Heater fan was a little annoying, as it kept turning on and off and was quite loud and too close to bed. No safe. No elevator. IMO, not sure its worth the price but did the job.

The staff are always friendly and we always enjoy our stay when we stay. This has been our go to for the last 4 years while our twins attended Northern Michigan University.

We were bitten from BED BUGS, went to a dermatologist that confirmed they were indeed bed bug bites, disgusting! I called to report and I was told "ok, sorry." Sure will NOT ever be back!!!!

This is a good hotel. It is not fancy on the outside, or inside. It is clean, the rooms are nice, everything worked and was in good condition. The breakfast left room for improvement, but it is a hotel, not a restaurant.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. Breakfast was a empty but that may have been due to a snowstorm that was happening and lack of staff that morning. Eventually food was served to a full cafeteria.

We had a blizzard the night I stayed. In the morning I tried to leave and got stuck in the parking lot and I was driving a four wheel drive pickup. The lot was not plowed at 12:30 so I borrowed a shovel and spent an hour digging my vehicle out. The area experiences heavy snow quite often. The manager called the business responsible for plowing and he laughed at her. When I was driving home I noticed almost every business was plowed including the ones that were closed. I think it’s time for a new plowing service. I was supposed to have surgery and couldn’t get there. The managers on duty during my stay were excellent and did all they could to help all the stranded travelers.
