Nice hotel. Needs a light in shower enclosure. Night club needs to be inside with air conditioning. If you get sick or have a heart attack you are responsible. There is no medical services at all. Oh be sure to keep your eyes on your children in the pool. They do have a lifeguard but they are standing in the shade. Not sure if they would see someone drown

We loved it. Everyone is so welcoming. The view is amazing. You feel welcomed. The hotel itself is a beautiful scene. Everything was clean. The food has an outstanding variety and was delicious. My husband and I loved our getaway here.

The alcoholic beverages were the lowest quality I have ever seen in my life, bar tender don’t not how to prepare the drinks. In order to get a blanket you have to ask for it the room doesn’t cover with it. The food is old over heated for several days the shows were very quality. The upscale restaurants were nothing but all you can eat salad bar with the exception that one was Asian and the other one salad bar as well but they will bring the steak at your table. We had stayed before at different Riu resorts like Jamaica, Los Cabo's, Cancun but this has been the worst out of all of them. We will never come back to it or recommend it to anyone. We request for a bottle of wine and they never brought it to the room and every time I called the front desk they kept telling me that it was going to be there shortly, it is also false advertisement when states the offer hair condioner but they don’t Overall a really bad experience we will never go back

Nice resort, I like the beach, the premises were clean. The buffet doesn’t have a lot of variety, I saw most of the same stuff every day. I was not informed when I checked in that I had to reserve at the restaurants by the time i downloaded the app on my husband’s phone cause mine wouldn’t work cause it’s an iPhone, I could only reserve on one, so I missed on the others. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators closer to us, would not stop on our floor coming down, we had to use other elevator. Sometimes restrooms by pool were dirty.

Muy buena propiedad la pasamos excelente muy bueno el servicio Lupita la de recepción muy amable, sólo la persona que nos hizo check out, se mostró un poco amable e indiferente nuestro check out era a las 11:00 AM pero por necesidades personales decidí pagar un excedente de 2 horas más y la persona nos cuestionó que porque a esa hora Número 1- no soy un niño para no saber las reglas 2- no les estoy pidiendo regalado o gratis les estoy pagando 3- y l es un trabajador que debe saber cómo dirigirse a las personas sin cuestionar de manera arrogante y mucho menos frente a la fila de las personas escogimos el hotel RIU para quedarnos los días o veces posteriores que decidamos viajar a Mazatlán sólo les aconsejo que hablen con su personal de recepción a que sepan que no pedimos regalado que pagamos por un servicio de lo de más no tengo nada que decir muy agradecido, muy buena la comida las albercas etc , gracias.

This was our second time coming to this resort. It still remains one of if not the cleanest resort we have been to. Staff is always friendly and the food is great. The Japanese restaurant is a must when you stay here. We will be coming back again in the future.
