Todo muy agradable, la comida mejor que en otros Riu, los programas del teatro mucho mejor que igual otros Riu en los que dan más preferencia a los extranjeros, el grupo de rock en los viernes de noche al 100%. La cama que teníamos estaba muy rígida para nuestro gusto pero nos mandaron un sobre conchon que lo hizo mucho mejor. Las albercas muy amplias y no estaban llenas.

Generally everything was great. Checking in was very quick, great staff at the lobby. It was a great option for us as a family of four. We did come across one or two rude staff members at the bars, but other than that everything was awesome

Clean room but lights went out. Only a couple of outlets in the room. Fridge was empty. The pools were always packed. The elevator was super hot and too little for amount of people in need of them. Beautiful hotel from outside.

we were in room 2211, the room was beautiful. couldn't get in the pools there were so many people, all chairs were taken, the pools had warm water. the only place we at every niught was Tabasco. What a wonderful crew and good food. The chef Patrico was outstanding. the other buffets for lunch and dinner were not good

The place was awesome 💯 but the problem was we got robbed in our room while we were out we had some cash in our luggage bag and it was gone when we came back an all they told us at customer service that they weren't responsible for that 😭
