Staff and service was amazing. Unfortunately the hotel was way too crowded. The Elevator wait was too long and they had no AC which made it worse for 22 stories. Also the only store inside the resort with medicine was closed during the night. This resort doesn’t have a doctor within the facility.

Location is about 20 minutes from el malecón and zona hotelera. The hotel is outdated the food is horrible and the drinks only give you a headaches because they are super watered down . The lobby is super hot and the rooms don’t seem to get cold enough. Mattress is super rough and uncomfortable. My first night I saw roaches in my room, they advise they would fumigate but I still saw them throughout my stay. When I book I like to feel like I’m on vacation, this was definitely not it.
