Staff was professional and friendly, I was allowed early check in into the hotel room by one of the receptionists; Sami I guess that was his name.My room was spacious, very clean, modern design, quiet. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi signal would drop once I approach the bathroom and when I requested a room with a king size bed I was facing the wall from the window. I definitely recommend the hotel and for sure come back for further visits.

Very slow service

We had family of 3 they only gave two single beds we struggle to sleep sharing one single bed between to adults. When complained next morning they told us to come back in the afternoon. Then they changed the room and gave us a room with one queen size bed for 3 peopleto share, had to go and complain again and offered extra bed which didn't turn up until 3/4 hours later ater few requests so couldn't go to sleep waiting for them, it arrived very late at night. Next day the door didn't work so had to go to the reception few times before someone came to fix it. Very slow service.

Excellent property that is very well maintained and has very helpful staff. Located just a two-minute walk from Masjid Al Haram and near a mall with lots of food and shopping options. The hotel is quite safe and has a wide range of facilities. The bathroom was very clean and the room was beautiful with a view of Masjid Al Haram. It is also very well known among local taxi drivers, as long as you mention the Hilton Convention. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those completing umrah or visiting Makkah.

Perfect for all things related to Umrah with a big family. Booked two adjoining rooms which ended up being a corner suite overlooking haram, amazing! One bad room service experience took a star off, he literally dropped the food off, took our money, and expected me to set up thier table and take the food out of their fridge myself.

Lovely hotel and so close to Masjid Al Haram! The only downside is getting a taxi to the area as they close down all the streets near the Haram. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and only 5 min walk to the Masjid
