This hotel has trash everywhere and alot of beggers are squatting inside for days and hotel staff does not seem to do anything about it instead they’re rude to their own guest. Cannot believe Hilton can be like this.

Very close to Haram. Clean spacious hotel but customer service can be better. We had a poor experience on arrival after 18hrs of travelling to be told there was no booking. After 15mins of worry and being upset it turned out the hotel had given our room to someone with a similar name. But they didnt apologise over this. Beds were awful, barely slept. Very hard. Hotel lovely but dont think we would return.
