La experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas. Durante mi estadía no tuve acceso a internet por dos días, lo cual fue bastante inconveniente. Además, hubo situaciones con el personal que me hicieron sentir incómoda: un guardia fue poco cordial con la persona que vino a entregarme comida y la empleada del área de desayuno mostró una actitud poco profesional. Son detalles que afectan la percepción general del servicio. Considero que el hotel podría mejorar la atención y la calidad en la experiencia del huésped.

So if you have a guest come visit you at the hotel the staff grabs you and makes you pay $100 and they have to have ID and fill put a form that no one gets a copy of. This action should be disclosed when booking reservation. It a hidden fee. Do not use this hotel because they have so many hidden fees they grab you in the lobby and make you pay the fee at that time.
