The hotel front desk required me to pay the tax even though I am NOT Colombian. Their excuse was my girlfriend is Colombian and NEVER has this happened to me at any hotel in the past (including this hotel). It was a deceitful way to try to collect more money from a tourist and I will not be back

They need to inform that hotel and their staff to be more people friendly something that they weren’t and also charged me for my guest which was included and never gave me a proper receipt of the charge for my girlfriend that I had to pay extra. But it certainly was an experience that us tourist shouldn’t have to endure.

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. They helped me out and provided guidance throughout the stay. Hotel was clean and lots of options were nearby including Provenza which was 10 minutes walk.
