Everyone in the hotel was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed every second. I think my only vice was the floors not being totally clean (hair, a bit of dirt which showed up on my cream bunny slippers). However, the kindness of the staff more than made up for it. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. I alao enjoyed the spa and hair salon. I would definitely return. It was a lovely experience I won't forget and im grateful to everyone for their kind attention to me. The staff is 10/10.

This a hotel has a friendly staff, convenient location great shopping malls with plenty of restaurants there also the two restaurants in the hotel are exceptional top-notch there’s an international chef that prepares the meals at the restaurant upstairs. The downstairs restaurant is good as well. This is a must stay in hotel when visiting Columbia.
