Convenient but not great

Somewhat convenient to the terminals but a couple of issues. A bit rough that Holiday Inn are now charging guests fot the shuttle back to the terminals! Really! A lot of construction activity around the hotel. Rooms are dated.

The staff and the room were amazing. Shower over a bath. Also when I said that my parents in law can't climb into a bath, they quickly organized a wheelchair accessible room for them. The menu and food were amazing

I’m not looking for perfection from an airport hotel. But at least clean the bathroom well enough. So much body hair left in that tub, so gross. The heating wasn’t working correctly either. The public corridors and in the room smelled damp.
